Can we see a demo before committing to anything?

Yes — that is the normal first step. Email tim@aicapabl.com or use the form above and we will set up a walkthrough of the parts of the platform relevant to your business.

How does pricing work?

Modular: an implementation figure plus a predictable ongoing subscription, sized to your locations, counters and integrations. Custom work and integrations are quoted separately and openly. Full detail is on the pricing section of the services page.

We already run SAP. Do we have to replace it?

No. If SAP is your system of record we integrate with it — S/4HANA or Business One — syncing items, customers, pricing, orders, invoices and stock movements, with a daily reconciliation report so nothing drifts.

Do you handle multi-location businesses?

Yes. Stock visibility, transfers, per-location pricing and reporting across stores, warehouses and hubs are built in rather than added later.

What does an implementation involve?

Discovery, configuration and integration, data migration, a pilot location, role-based training, then a staged rollout with us on hand at go-live. Timelines depend on scope and how clean the existing data is — we will give you an honest estimate after discovery.

What support do we get afterwards?
